The global photo of Andrea Belloso expresses the conviction that contemporary creativity is born not from repetition, but from the precondition of the usual, and if you repeat the same thing, expecting a different result, then this is not genius, but madness. The photograph, known for its iconic images of famous personalities and models, such as Evangelista and Naomi Campbell, presented the project "Art for the Future", the goal of which is to provoke real change and shine a light on the power of images in protecting the surrounding environment, emphasizing that we, as humans, protect the planet not only for its own sake, but also for the sake of our survival and future.

Within the framework of the new photo project, Belloso focused on capturing nature, interacting with a human, in a magical dance, aimed at re-evaluating the relationship between humans and the planet and defining the role of visual art as an influential medium in protecting the surrounding environment. "This project was born three to four years ago as a result of watching documentary films, which inspired me to pose the question: What can I do? How could photography, especially as a model photographer, contribute to protecting the planet so that it wouldn’t just be a passive following of what’s happening or its opposite, but call on people to enjoy beauty and subsequently protect the planet through creativity and art?" - explained Belloso.

Highlighting the importance of protecting the planet, during the presentation of his project at the 9th International Photo Festival "Expogar", Belloso demonstrated a stunning vision of the relationship between man and nature. In the first part, shot in a studio in Stockholm with the support of one of the balerinas of the Swedish Coral, he made shots among trees, trying to create from it an inseparable part of nature and noted: "As you can see, in many pictures it's hard to distinguish between a human and a tree, skin and bark, it’s a dance flowing with the earth".

In the second part, Belloso moved from the studio to the heart of a rain forest in Mexico, where the photographs became not only a means of expression but also a means of support, since all profits from the sale of his photos go towards supporting the groups of ecologists working to save this forest from ongoing destruction. "The problem is not in deforestation, but in what occurs afterward. Large companies buy land, force local residents to leave it, and then burn down the trees without a trace. They don’t just burn down trees; they destroy the entire ecosystem," highlighted Belloso.

The global photo of Andrea Belloso convinces that art should not simply be a means of entertainment or documentation, but an instrument for change, emphasizing: "I don’t want to protest or be controversial, I want to invite people to see beauty because beauty makes us care about things, not fear".
