As the Swedish police reported, on Tuesday in a shooting at an adult education center, eleven people were killed, which has become the bloodiest shooting incident in the country, as noted by the prime minister, naming this day "blackened". The police reported that the alleged shooter was likely among the deceased, and the search continues for other possible victims at the educational institution in the municipality of Erebros. "We currently do not have any information on the condition of the injured." The shooting occurred in Erebros, 200 km west of Stockholm, at the Risbergska school for adults, which caters to those who have not completed their formal education or do not have sufficient grades for admission to higher education. The school is located on a campus that also houses schools for children.

Fatal attacks in schools in Sweden are a rarity. The motive for the shooting is still unknown. On the police website, it is stated: "At this moment, 11 people have died as a result of the incident. The number of injured is currently unknown."
