On Thursday, the Swedish police confirmed that an armed man opened fire at an adult education center in the town of Örebro, where three people were injured in the attack.
One of the injured, a student, was seriously injured and hospitalized with knife wounds, while the other two received minor injuries. The suspect, a man in his 20s, was arrested. According to the authorities in the town of Örebro, the motives for the attack remain unclear.
